PAUL HENDERSON

Team Canada Hockey Player, and President, The Leadership Group

Paul Henderson Leader Impact won the 3 last games in the first Canada-Russia Hockey Series 1972. When Canada needed it he scored the winning goal in each of the last 3 games. The goal of the last game was declared the greatest sports moment in the last century and Team Canada 72 was voted the Team of the Century.

After 17 years of professional hockey with the Detroit Red Wings, Toronto Maple Leafs, and the Atlanta Flames, including 5 years in the World Hockey Assoication he started the Leadership Group. He is lives in the GTA and is happily married to Eleanor with several children and grandchildren. His belief, charter and action has impacted thousands in this groups, spoken to tens of thousands and been watched by millions. We all are eternally grateful.

ROD SMITH

Black's Photography, CEO

Starting as VP Merchandising in 1987 he lead the charge and doubled their stores to over 160 and trippled their revenue. Promoted to CEO in 1994, Rod greatest achievement was building and exceptional team capable of meeting the many challenges and increased competition created by emerging technologies, and having the resourcefulness to harness their potential and capitalize on them.

Black's continues to bring innovative photographic products and services to Canadians such as the 4x6 print, environmentally responsible photo processing, new storage products, the abilitiy to print pictures from the internet, digital photo processing, and cutting edge television marketing to name a few. As a result, Black's is the only photo specialty chain to survive and thrive in Canada.

JAMES MACNEIL

Performance Training International, Owner

James MacNeil is a Communications Coach, Consultant, Trainer and National Best-Selling author. James has dedicated more than 14 years to helping individuals achieve their potential. He has worked with over 1,200 live audiences, co-hosted an international daily radio program, and recorded numerous audio and video training programs. He is currently working on his second book entitled "Verbal Aikido – Mastering Advanced Communication Skills". He works with clients such as RBC Dominion Securities, CIBC Wood Gundy, Trimark Sportswear Group and Mackenzie Financial.

James' understanding of human behavior, leadership and the dynamics of communication, coupled with his experience in the private sector, have definitely made James an emerging leader in his field.
